Giveaway - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Skyfire Solar Design Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all attendees of RE+2023 who visit booth 13028 between September 12-14 and fulfill the entry requirements, as well as individuals who sign up to beta test the Skyfire Solar Design app online by September 14th at 11:59 PM PST. Additionally, anyone who purchases plan sets during the month of September will automatically receive entries for a chance to win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
2. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway for a chance to win the grand prize or second prize, individuals must sign up to beta test the Skyfire Solar Design app in person at booth 13028 at RE+2023 between September 12-14. The last entry will be accepted at 1:59 pm PST on September 14th. To enter for a chance to win the third prize, participants must sign up to beta test the app online or at booth 13028 by September 14th at 11:59 PM PST. Additionally, participants can enter the Giveaway for a chance to win the grand prize, second prize, or third prize by purchasing plan sets during the month of September. Each plan set purchased will constitute an entry. The last plan set purchase will be accepted on September 30th at 11:59 PM PST.
3. Prizes
Grand Prize: The grand prize consists of winning free plan sets for a year, limited to 10 free plan sets per month for a total of 120 plan sets over the course of the year. These plan sets are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of claiming the prize.
Second Prize: The second prize includes winning free plan sets for 3 months, limited to 10 plan sets per month for a total of 30 plan sets over the three-month period. These plan sets are non-transferable and must be used within three months from the date of claiming the prize.
Third Prize: The third prize involves winning 10 free plan sets. These plan sets are non-transferable and must be used within one year from the date of claiming the prize.
4. Winner Selection
Winners for all prizes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Skyfire Solar Design or its designated representatives. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Winner Verification
Winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility, including but not limited to valid identification and any other documents required by Skyfire Solar Design. If a winner is found to be ineligible or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
Skyfire Solar Design and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the giveaway information or any other information provided by participants. The prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
8. Age Requirement
Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry to be eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
9. Collection and Use of Information
By entering the Giveaway, participants acknowledge and consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information by Skyfire Solar Design for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and contacting winners. Personal information collected will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the Giveaway.
10. Electronic Communications
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive electronic communications from Skyfire Solar Design, including notifications, updates, and promotional materials.
11. Agreement to Terms
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions. By entering, participants agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions herein.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Skyfire Solar Design reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants are advised to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.
14. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between participants and Skyfire Solar Design regarding the Giveaway and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
16. Reservation of Rights
Skyfire Solar Design reserves all rights not expressly granted to participants under these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the Giveaway at any time.
17. Waiver
The failure of Skyfire Solar Design to enforce any provision of these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it in the future.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance of the Giveaway due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, governmental action, or other force majeure events.
19. Exclusion of Third-Party Rights
These terms and conditions do not confer any rights on third parties, and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act Arizona is expressly excluded from applying to these terms.
20. Right to Publicity
Participants grant Skyfire Solar Design the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, or marketing purposes related to the Giveaway.
21. Interpretation
Any headings or titles in these terms are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the clauses.
22. Electronic Entry
Participants acknowledge that Skyfire Solar Design is not responsible for any problems related to electronic entries, such as internet connectivity issues, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized access.
23. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be resolved through mediation, with both parties agreeing to a mutually acceptable mediator. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona.
24. No Endorsement
Mention of any third-party products, services, or companies in connection with the Giveaway does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by Skyfire Solar Design.
25. Compliance with Laws
By participating, participants agree that their entries and actions in connection with the Giveaway comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
26. Updates and Notifications
Participants will be notified of updates, changes, and winner announcements related to the Giveaway through the contact information provided during entry.
