Eligibility
This promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. Both businesses and individual users are eligible. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Skyfire Solar Design (“Skyfire”) are not eligible to participate without written consent from Skyfire Solar Design llc. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Promotion Period
To qualify, participants must (i) sign up for a Skyfire account on or before September 30, 2025, and (ii) purchase and submit at least one (1) plan set through the Skyfire platform by October 15, 2025. The Promotion period begins immediately after completion of the participant’s standard three (3) month free trial and continues for a maximum of twelve (12) consecutive months.
How to Qualify for Free User Licenses

For each plan set generated through the Skyfire app during a given calendar month, the participant earns one (1) free user subscription license for that same month.

Free licenses are limited to the total number of active users on the participant’s account in that month. Additional plan sets do not carry over and have no future value.

If the number of plan sets generated in a given month is fewer than the number of users on the account, the participant will be charged for the difference in licenses at a fixed rate of $20 per user per month.
Duration of Promotion

The Promotion is available for up to twelve (12) consecutive months following the completion of the free trial period.

During this twelve-month window, participants may receive free user licenses in eligible months.

After the twelve-month period ends, no additional free user months may be earned, regardless of prior activity.
Plan Set Counting and Refunds

Plan sets are tracked and recorded exclusively by the Skyfire platform.

Canceled plan sets will still be counted toward eligibility.

All purchases are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued solely at Skyfire’s discretion in limited circumstances.
General Conditions

Free licenses are limited to users within the same company account and cannot be transferred, exchanged, carried over, or redeemed for cash.

Participants must agree to and comply with Skyfire’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service as a condition of participating in the Promotion.

Skyfire reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time if Skyfire believes that a participant is acting in violation of these Terms & Conditions, Skyfire’s policies, or in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Skyfire, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any free license granted under the Promotion.
Governing Law
This Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Phoenix, AZ.
